Our kitchen

Passion and good food are the central focus point in our kitchen. We don’t use artificial additives. Our kitchen team operates under head chef Sander van Middendorp and he and his team create beautiful dishes every day. From the small appetizers till the gorgeous desserts at the end of your dinner.

One of our specialities is custom work. Do you or any of your guests have an allergy or a special diet which makes it hard for them to enjoy an night out? Our kitchen team takes the time and their expertise to make delicious dishes for everyone. This does require time so we do ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We have a lot of experience with vegetarian guests. Allergies like lactose intolerance, cow milk allergy and gluten are no issue for our professional team of chefs.

Our kitchen doesn’t just work with fresh products, but we also get as many local products as we can. We work together with Coorperatie Boerenhart  and we get food from local farmers. The chickens that lay our eggs our just a few kilometers from our restaurant. Those are the eggs that you can find in many of our dishes, for example our dLB eggs sunny side up.
