The Uniform Conditions for the Catering Industry (UVH) apply to all agreements entered into by us. This is available for inspection at our premises and can be sent free of charge on request. You can also find it on the website of the KHN (https://www.khn.nl/tools/uniforme-voorwaarden-horeca-nederlands). The UVH are binding on everyone who uses our services.

In addition to the UVH, we have the following conditions:

Groups

Reservations from 6 rooms are subject to the group cancellation conditions (Article 9.2.2 and 9A.2.2. of the UVH and).

Prices

Unless stated otherwise, all our prices include VAT.
The tourist tax is adjusted every year. (2023: € 2.00 p.p.p.n.)

Other general provisions

De Lunterse Boer has the right to charge extra cleaning costs when such pollution has been made in one of our areas. We charge the following costs for the extra cleaning*:

Sheets, from € 20.00

Mattress, from € 50.00

Carpet, from € 50.00

Curtains, from € 50.00

Other light cleaning work, from € 40.00

Other cleaning agents, from € 60.00

Other cleaning work large, from € 80.00

Smoke or other odor, from € 150.00

*If the room and/or other spaces can no longer be rented out for a subsequent use due to your fault, the overnight costs/loss costs of the space will be charged on top of the cleaning costs per time frame to be determined.
